Alpharetta, Georgia – June 30, 2011 – DynaSis, the premier provider of Atlanta IT support for small businesses, has relocated operations from Roswell to Alpharetta, Georgia. The new office at 950 North Point Parkway is four miles from the previous location and represents a significant improvement in accessibility for both customers and staff.
"With the new office we gain access to high speed fiber – a 100GB connection – allowing for faster throughput to customer data and servers," states Dave Moorman, president of DynaSis. "We have also added private fiber to our downtown data center increasing the speed and thereby enhancing the security of this third offsite data backup location for our clients."
In addition to remote monitoring and support, DynaSis provides secure data backup and disaster recovery for many clients. A new offsite SAN storage array has gone online at the new offices with nightly customer backups now replicating to all three DynaSis locations: Alpharetta, Atlanta and Phoenix.
Better connectivity is also allowing for the creation of an extended telecommuting program for DynaSis staff, a perk during hot and stormy summer months that may help attract some of the help desk, NOC and CIO talent that DynaSis is recruiting. Getting closer to Georgia 400 helps to ease the commute times for staff when they do have to come into the office.
"Now when our employees arrive we’re welcoming them with newly re-engineered work areas that make better use of our office space by allowing for a more collaborative approach," continues Moorman. "Through these and other changes in their work environment, we're able to improve customer service levels while enhancing the overall culture of being a DynaSis employee."
