DynaSis Relocates to Larger Offices in Alpharetta to Accommodate Growing Business; Enhance Customer Benefits
DynaSis, Atlanta’s premier provider of IT services and support for small and midsized businesses (SMBs), today announced it has relocated its Alpharetta headquarters. The new office is located in the same building, at 950 North Point Parkway. To provide continuity and accessibility for its customers, DynaSis was able to move its suite number—Suite 300—to the new location. Prior to the move, DynaSis performed an extensive, high-tech build-out of the new space, which is twice the size of its previous offices.
“We are excited about the operating improvements this move will support, including a new, cloud-based IOT (Internet of Things) alarm, access control and surveillance systems. In addition to the new seats in our Network Operations Center and Help Desk departments, we added 300% more monitoring screens for support personnel to view situational awareness data for our service delivery,” said DynaSis President Dave Moorman. “We also added a research and development lab, a dedicated training area and an employee lounge.”
In addition to IT-focused improvements, DynaSis tripled its meeting and conference areas, including a new video suite that enables personnel to record educational videos and potentially host customer training sessions. The new headquarters also has a larger, more collaborative workspace where teams and their team leaders will work side by side.
DynaSis’ new layout was inspired by the efforts of visionary IT leaders like Steve Jobs and Bill Gates, who foresaw that collaborative workspaces could increase productivity and foster team spirit. Millennials—who already comprise the largest segment of the workforce—particularly appreciate collaborative workspaces, with one survey reporting that 63% consider them optimal. To further inspire its employees to professional excellence, DynaSis also added an employee lounge.
“Our new offices future-proof DynaSis to continue our mission of technology excellence while working as true partners to our customers,” said Moorman. “We look forward to the next quarter-century helping small and midsized businesses develop, sustain and optimize their business technology initiatives.”
