DynaSis Partners with Citrix Systems, Inc. to Promote Workshifting; Help Corporations and Their Employees Be More Productive

Alpharetta, Georgia – December 15, 2011 – DynaSis, Atlanta’s premier provider of IT services and support for small and medium businesses (SMBs), today announced a new go-to-market program with Citrix Systems, Inc. For the program, DynaSis and Citrix will co-promote the firm's combined workshifting solution. DynaSis was one of the first Citrix Service Providers that Citrix chose to participate in the pilot program, which includes joint marketing and demand generation programs.

Workshifting, where companies enable their employees to work 24/7/365, from any location on any Internet-connected device, is a concept that is sweeping the globe, driven largely by the widespread adoption of mobile devices and workers' desire to perform business tasks outside office hours.

"A 2011 survey* of mobile workers found that 83% check business email after work, and 66% take a work-related device on vacation," said DynaSis President Dave Moorman. "Highly secure, reliable solutions such as ITility by DynaSis and Citrix give businesses the confidence to encourage this work outside the office, which is a win for everyone. During disruptive weather events and other natural disasters, workshifting can be a corporate lifesaver."

"In a recent Citrix survey, we determined that companies supporting workshifting enjoy strong (30%) productivity gains, but 62% of firms are not prepared to manage such efforts, especially on personal devices," said Calvin Hsu, Senior Director, product marketing, Citrix. "By partnering with our most experienced, trusted resellers, Citrix hopes to educate business owners and increase their comfort level with easy, secure solutions that support workshifting. We were pleased to invite DynaSis to be among the first partners in this effort."

"DynaSis has been a partner with Citrix since 1995 and launched our cloud-based ITility by DynaSis solution in 2006," said Moorman. "With ITility by DynaSis, we host our clients' data, as well as email and other applications, securely in the cloud. We have always used Citrix XenApp for the remote user interface, and our customers love it and trust it. Increasingly, our clients are leveraging ITility by DynaSis with Citrix for work-shifting to increase worker satisfaction and corporate productivity. It's a natural fit for Citrix and DynaSis to promote this effort."
